Details: Summer Oaks is a pet friendly community. There are no aggressive breeds allowed. Pets weighing under 30 pounds are charged a $300 pet deposit. Pets over 30 pounds require a $500 deposit. An amount equal to one half of the pet deposit is nonrefundable.
